You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.
You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, dkfashion-world is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.
The currency selector at the top of the webpage. dkfashion-world accepts multiple currencies at checkout if paying by credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If you choose to pay via PayPal, the total will be converted to AED at the current exchange rate. Please note this may vary from the advertised AED price on our website.
Dkfashion-world accepts payment via credit card (Visa/Mastercard/AMEX) Debit card and Paypal.
After you make payment for your order, we will email you an invoice, which confirms receipt of your order.
We recognise that protection and safety of information relating to your credit card is very important. Therefore, we provide you with a very safe and stress-free online shopping experience.
We do not store your credit card details at any time so consumer confidence and satisfaction is assured.
Shipping & Delivery

We are grateful for your continued support and are pleased to advise that our warehouses are still fully operational to pack and dispatch your orders.
Please refer to shipping timeframes quoted at the checkout for estimated delivery to your destination. Please note, COVID-19 may affect delivery timeframes, with some courier services experiencing unexpected delays in transit, or slight delays in the providing tracking details. We will continue to provide updates as we receive them and continue to deliver your orders as soon as possible.
We do ask that you keep a close eye on your tracking information for any updates issued.
Once You have purchased and downloaded a template from Cartfolio Themes we cannot offer a refund, which You are held responsible for understanding upon Your order with Cartfolio Themes. The reason for this policy is because we offer intangible irrevocable digital Products and as such, there is no way for our Products to be returned.
All stocked items will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from the date the order was placed. Some specialty or pre-order items may take longer to ship; customers will be notified if so.

SHIPPING TIMES AND TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods.
CUSTOMER PICK UP
As we are an online store, unfortunately we are unable to offer pick-up of purchases, or viewing prior to purchasing. If you urgently need your order, please email us and we can schedule a pick-up time.
